Skypark Elara is a new off-plan residential complex by Banyan Group Residences, rising within Laguna Lakelands — a 1,000,000 m² master-planned community built around seven interconnected lakes.
Three seven-storey buildings will house 220 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, each with an open-plan layout and a foldable work closet for remote-work flexibility.
